二、课程特色 由美国联邦应急应变中心[FEMA]合作与赞助的应急处理对策技术与管理专业（简称EAM专业）学士学位，[该专业2006年将设硕士学位]其课程内容在于培养担任政府应急处理部门和大型组织系统的专业人员所需具备的本质学能、消防、执法、紧急医疗服务、紧急应变服务以及提供现场紧急应变措施及协助特殊单位如红十字会以及其他特殊重大应变处理部门。应急处理对策技术与管理专业具有较强的实务性，本课程计划内配备一定的实习课程,协助训练培养专业人员寻求处理紧急事故和重大灾难程序中所需要的应变能力和组织管理能力。 三、培养目标和就业前景 掌握应急处理、灾难预防、对策技术研究这是一个完全新兴的学科，它的培养目标在于为全球经济发达的今天，培养出众多的具有现代科学技能的国际通用人才。 这是二十一世纪中外乃至全球的紧缺专业人才,具有较强的职业竞争力。 四、 项目优势 |  | 国内大专课程可以得到美国大学部分认可,最多认可两年学分，
