华盛顿大学 (University Of Washington简称UW) 是一所建于1861年的公立研究型大学，美国大学协会的成员。华盛顿大学由西雅图(Seattle)、巴索(Bothell)和塔科马(Tacoma)三个校区组成，是美国太平洋西北区最大的一所大学，也是美国西岸历史最悠久的公立大学。
华盛顿大学是一所全方位发展的大型研究型高等学府，除医学与护理在美国名列前茅(在US News 2008年排名中，研究医学超过杜克大学和斯坦福大学上升为全美第6，医学护理排第1)，其他专业领域亦表现不俗。华盛顿大学与加洲大学伯克利分校，斯坦福大学和加州大学洛杉矶分校同属太平洋十大联盟。西雅图华盛顿大学的教授和校友中有10位诺贝尔奖得主(包括04年诺贝尔医学奖得主Dr. Linda B. ▲ 国际精英青少年项目(IBP)
国际精英青少年项目(INTERNATIONAL BESTS PROGRAM 简称IBP)是针对中国高二年级和高三年级学生的精英选拔项目。通过英语评测、综合学业素质评测及培训，选拔最优秀的精英学生。 精英青少年项目注重学习能力和综合能力的选拔，而并非单纯理论知识考试。 通过选拔的精英学生就有机会直接被华盛顿大学录取，而不必要SAT 和TOEFL等考试。精英学员将在高三毕业后直接赴华盛顿大学攻读本科学位。

NCEC Training Center, set up in September 2000, is a registered educational establishment certified by Nanjing Education Commission and Nanjing Administration for Industry and Commerce. The Center is focused on training programs for:
