　　1. 时间：>30用to,<30用past, half past， 或者直接用数字表达，15分钟用a quarter。介词用at，上午用AM, 下午用PM。夜里12点多是AM，12：01(twelve oh one AM)。

　　2. 年代：1987(nineteen eighty-seven), 1900(nineteen hundred), 1650(sixteenfifty), 1650s(sixteen fifties, in the middle of the 17th century), at the turnof the century(世纪之交), 2008 (two thousand and eight, twenty oh eight), decade(十年)，fortnight(two weeks)。

　　5. 小数，分数：0.35 –zero point three five 6.5-six point five分数：one third, twothirds.
