如何在雅思阅读中背单词

　　在阅读文章中记忆单词，阅读材料就是剑桥雅思4，利用文章中有效的词汇，短语，句型的使用来总结高频低频词汇。这样既节省了时间，也让学生掌握了单词再雅思考试中的准确用法。

　　通过近一个月的教学和学生的上课表现及课下作业反馈，效果还不错，现把针对雅思阅读的具体操作步骤分享给大家。

　　例如剑桥4第一篇文章“消失的热带雨林”，文章读起来不是很轻松，因为长句子过多，生词也比较多。

　　我让学生先看文章第一句推测文章讲述的内容是什么，Adults and children are frequently confronted with statements about the alarming rate of loss of tropical rainforest. 学生会问我confront 是什么意思，我就直接告诉他在记忆这个单词的时候不妨直接记忆 be confronted with这个短语，“面对着--”的意思，并且让他造句。

　　同样还是这句话我要求同学找出句子的主干，告诉他可以大胆地去掉介词短语和从句等修饰成分。所以学生就找出来最简练的主干成分Adults and children are confronted with statements.

　　学生通过自己动手动脑就可以推断出来这篇文章是关于什么的了，同时对于陌生词汇也掌握了它的用法。

　　紧接着文章里出现了好几句长难句，例如：For example， one graphic illustration to which children might readily relate is the estimate that rainforest are being destroyed at a rate equivalent to one thousand football fields every forty minutes-about the duration of a normal classroom period. 这句话比较长，学生读完之后没有任何头绪。我跟学生说可以利用自己的语感试着把句子划分意群，学生第一次尝试划分意群的时候不太理想，还是没有能够把句意理顺。我指导他找出从句来，并且同时找出介词短语的成分。这次学生比较准确地划分来出来，但是翻译的时候还是不太好。具体的划分如下：For example/， one graphic illustration to which children might readily relate is the estimate/ that rainforest are being destroyed at a rate /equivalent to one thousand football fields every forty minutes-about the duration of a normal classroom period.还可以再次细分：For example/， one graphic illustration/ to which children might readily relate /is the estimate/ that rainforest are being destroyed/ at a rate /equivalent to one thousand football fields /every forty minutes-about the duration of a normal classroom period.这样就非常清晰了，只需要提出其中的难词就可以化整为零，各个击破了。

　　总之，无论多么难的雅思阅读文章，只要找对了方法，并且能够教会学生使用，老师和学生都会非常轻松的。
