　　initial a. 最初的，开始的

　　fare n. 车费，费用

　　minimum a. 最低的，最少的

　　charge n. & v. 收费

　　The initial charge covers the first 3 kilometers.

　　起步价可以跑3公里。

　　cover v. 足以支付，通行，包括

　　kilometer n. 公里( = kilo )

　　It's 2 RMB for each additional kilometer.

　　每增加一公里是2元。

　　additional a. 另外的，额外的，附加的

　　Return tolls will be charged for trips over 15 kilos.

　　超过15公里，就要收返程费。

　　The reason is that I'm likely to return empty.

　　原因是我很有可能空车返回。
