备战考研犹如漫长的马拉松之战，同学们的学习和进步都是循序渐进而非一蹴而就的。因此，我们在规划自己学习时间的时候也要务实，如何应对计划容易被打乱和过于激进的计划导致的疲惫，在这里给大家说一个简单的方法：合理利用零碎时间，每次只规划接下来的每两个小时(具体长度视个人情况而定)要做的事情即可。一般情况下，比较推荐大家早上头脑最清晰的时间分配给专业课。因为大多数同学的专业课除了要大量背诵以外还需要大家具备一定的整合规划能力。因此，当第一个阶段学习大脑进入疲惫期的时候，同学们可以利用第二个阶段的时间(可以是一小时或半小时)进行归纳、抄写、整理的工作，这样在大脑得到放松的时候，学习的进度也不会被影响。然后在大脑得到放松之后，下一个阶段可以继续进行强度较大的复习。
