　　1. A： I'm Zhang Tao. I had an appointment with your manager last week on the line.

　　A：我是张涛，上周在电话里我和你们的经理预约了。

　　B： Yes. You can go into his office directly.

　　B：是的，你可以直接去他的办公室。

　　2. A： I’ll inform Mr. Zhang you're here. Would you like to have a seat for a moment, please?…Mr. Zhang is occupied in an urgent meeting. Would you mind waiting ten minutes?

　　A： 我会通知张先生你来了。请稍候好吗? ..… .张先生正在开一个紧急会议，你介意等候十分钟吗?

　　B： No problem. I'll wait for him.

　　B： 好的，我等他吧。

　　A： I wonder if you could spare me half an hour to introduce our business.

　　A：不知您能否给我半个小时的时间来介绍一下我们的业务。

　　B： Sorry. I've a lot of things to deal with. You could only have 5 minutes.
